Assistant Manager – Financial Controls

Qualifications & Experience

• Professional accounting qualification – Fully Qualified CPA, ACCA, ACA, CA or equivalent
• Six Sigma qualification advantageous
• Excellent MS Office software proficiency and exposure to ERP solutions
• 5+ years post qualification experience in a fast-paced multinational organization
• Audit experience preferred, ideally with global audit firms
• Prior experience in managerial / leadership role
• Project Management experience desirable
• Automotive experience advantageous
• IFRS and Financial Compliance - Strong working knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to work in a matrix environment and to influence others
• Project Management skills
• Good analytical, numerical and research skills
• Time Management & Prioritization - Ability to manage multiple deadlines, deliver under pressure, and adjust priorities dynamically
