Job Purpose
• To implement and manage business plans and objectives for all outlets thereby ensuring planned revenues, desired brand image and customer satisfaction
Essential Roles and Responsibilities
Strategic Roles and Responsibilities
• Contribute to the annual plan, associated budgets and sales strategies, monitor performance against this, initiating corrective action where necessary to ensure operations are conducted within the agreed financial parameters and targets are achieved.
• Implement appropriate policies and procedures to cover key areas of Hospitality sales activity and ensure effective systems are in place for monitoring compliance to established outlet and service standards
Functional Roles and Responsibilities
• Analyse the market and the local consumer tastes and preferences and provide recommendations to the Division Manager in customizing the brand offering to suit local requirements.
• Manage and control all aspects of stock management within designated remit ensuring minimal wastage and stock variance.
• Implement and manage Loss Prevention standards as per company policy and make recommendations to Division Manager for improvements.
• Create, develop and implement monthly sales strategies in order to maximise upon promotion opportunities throughout the year.
• Ensure the highest levels of quality are maintained across outlets. Ensure the look and feel of the outlets is consistently applied and are in line with the Principal requirements.
• Oversee that the highest levels of customer service, quick turnaround and efficiency of the brand portfolio is implemented with continued compliance to internal and Principal requirements.
• Frequently visit all outlets to ensure the highest levels of outlet performance, management, staffing-levels, customer service, back-office management and cleanliness.
• Monitor compliance of local laws and company policies relating to hospitality/food industry and ensure all outlets within remit adhere and operate to the strict statutory requirements and established health, hygiene and safety policies and standards.
• Adhere to the brand and ATG guidelines in relation to the development and implementation of brand marketing activities to establish and grow the brand within the region.

• Assumes responsibility for the outcomes of others. Promotes a sense of urgency and establishes and enforces individual accountability in the team. Works with people to establish explicit performance standard
Job Requirements
Education/Certification and Continued Education
• Graduate
Years of Experience
• 4 to 6 years relevant experience, of which 2 to 3 years experience in a management role
Knowledge and Skills
• Specialized experience in Hospitality industry, retailing and distribution with retail management expertise gained in food / confectionary
• Good knowledge of written and spoken English. Arabic would be an advantage
• Exposure and understanding to regional tastes and preferences
• Excellent people management , communication and interpersonal skills
• Tact, diplomacy and negotiation skills
