Job Purpose

To carry out maintenance activities in a timely manner ensuring quality of work.

Essential Roles and Responsibilities

  • Monitor, manage, maintain and keep records of all equipment's, tools, materials, and spare parts on the assigned site.
  • Execute the assigned work orders within the defined SLAs and ensure that work orders are closed on time and escalated as and when necessary.
  • Prepare and submit maintenance completion report.
  • Perform good workmanship, use quality materials, and comply with health and safety standards.
  • Perform duties with initiative, team work and coordination.
  • Ensure building fit out, and structures are maintained in good condition and presentable state.
  • Provide good customer service to the clients / tenants. 

Job Requirements

 

  • Diploma or equivalent technical qualification relevant to facilities management.
  • 3 to 4 years experience in facilities management with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Attention to details and concern for quality & safety.
