Personal Shopping Manager

Education

·         Bachelor’s degree in Fashion or related field

Experience

• 4+ years of experience as a personal shopper for a luxury fashion brand

Functional Skills

·         Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, hold an established client book to drive sales

·         Fluent in Arabic both written and spoken

·         Extensive knowledge of the current trends and luxury fashion designers/brands within womens wear.

·         Excellent understanding of the online shopping industry and experience, with a good understanding of systems

·         Excellent communication skills, specifically with regard to building relationships with customers.

·         Ability to exceed client expectations

·         Work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment and is flexible to changing priorities  

·         Strong analytical and interpersonal skills

·         Excellent eye for detail and organizational skills.

·         Pro-active and able to show initiative/ideas to constantly improve the customer experience and drive sales.

·         Confident, articulate and a self-starter
