Education
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in education technology required.
Experience
• 3–5 years of experience directly related to the design and development of complex, multimedia-rich, e-learning experiences
Functional Skills
• Thorough knowledge and understanding of adult learning theory
• Thorough knowledge and understanding of contemporary tools and trends related to education technology, LMSs, mobile learning, blended learning, socially networked learning, synchronous and asynchronous forms of technology-mediated learning, and the innovative use of video, audio, illustration, animation, and other forms of multimedia in e-learning
• Ability to apply thought leadership to guide the evolution of Al Tayers e-learning courseware through Axonify (Evolve) a gamification mobile learning platform.
• Thorough understanding of best practices regarding UI and UX design as they apply to e-learning courseware
• Proven ability to oversee the design and development of e-learning courseware that meets the pre-licensure, compliance, and professional-development needs of both B2B and B2C customers and clients
• Ability to manage several concurrent course-development projects at various stages of development
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with various course-development tools and environments—for example: Lectora, Articulate, Captivate, Raptivity, etc.
• Ability to guide the implementation of Mastery and Fluency in targeted learning programs
