Providing a unique one-on one consultation, our Fragrance Advisor cultivates loyal customers by offering complimentary beauty consultations and professional advice on fragrances depending on customer needs and preferences. You would need to ensure that their customer records cards are updated and maintained and regular customers are contacted during promotion to boost sales.
Our Fragrance Advisor is required deliver high brand knowledge at all times and deal professionally with customer complaints. You need to check stock levels and ensure replenishment needs or customer demands are effectively communicated to Line Manager in order to replenish and maintain optimum stock levels.
As per the standards set out in the brand guideline, our Fragrance Advisor has to ensure product / hygiene guidelines and all brand values are lived.
Personal Specification
The successful candidate for a Fragrance Advisor must have a basic training in Fragrances and should have at least worked in the same field for at least 1-2 years. You should be confident, a good conversationalist with excellent English communication skills. Working in prestige and exclusive fragrance brands, you should possess pleasing personality and immaculately groomed that should reflect brand image of luxury and prestige.
