Retail Manager
Personal Specifications:
We are looking for a Retail Manager with a proven history in successfully managing a multi brand retail store. You will need to be able to motivate and develop your team to enhance performance and meet targets.
You will have excellent communication skills, both spoken and written and the ability to work in a fast paced environment meeting given deadlines.
A financial and analytical mind would be beneficial as you will be required to manage a variety of reports for the business
Experience:
The successful candidate should have spent the last 5-7 years in a large retail organisation and will have come from a Retail Sales Management background
Customer service is a focus of our business and consequently, you should be able to evidence how you have implemented customer service standards across stores and manage customer satisfaction levels.
Teamwork is essential and therefore you should be able to demonstrate your experience of managing a large team, working successfully with all store and head office functions including Visual Merchandising and business Principles.
Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline
